STAFF INDUCTION

To help you settle in to your new role and working environment, your line manager will oversee an induction programme to ensure you are confident in carrying out the full scope of your role. They will use the induction checklist below, the mandatory requirements must be completed within the first two full weeks in your new role. The checklist will be signed by you and your line manager, retained in your training record and a copy placed on your individual personnel file.

The design and content of your induction programme will depend on your role, level of responsibility and previous work experience. There will be input from a number of different people, determined by your line manager, who are best placed to assist and supply you with the full range of relevant information.
