The qualities valued by employers^[1], and those we believe to be important in forming effective learners and citizens, have much in common. Developing these qualities therefore supports progress, improves employability and reinforces fundamental aspects of good citizenship and British Values^[2].

We aim for our curriculum to help our pupils develop qualities that will support them to BUILD their future, BUILD positive relationships and BUILD their community.
